Sea-Town Real Estate was a tech-enabled indie Real Estate Firm in West Seattle, WA. Founded in 2017 by Christian Harris, a National Speaker, Author, podcaster, husband & father... Sea-Town Real Estate started with just Christian and organically grew to 14 agents in their 2nd year, based on reputation alone. He really specialized in providing consistently above-and-beyond high-quality experiences & results for his real estate clients. Three years into running the brokerage, COVID-19 happened and like so many small businesses, Christian found himself needing to re-evaluate & put all options on the table to make it threw. 

After much deliberation, Christian saw an opportunity to pivot & decided to go "virtual", converting his brand & agent's into a team model (Sea-Town Team) with a move over to the innovative cloud-based brokerage, eXp Realty. This opportunity enabled Christian to free up 80% of his overhead and much of his time, which he can now use to better serve his agents & his clients, in a way that simply wasn't possible while running a brokerage firm.

The switch really combined the best of two worlds: Christian was able to continue growing the Sea-Town community brand, while supporting his agents & getting access to more tools for less cost through eXp Realty. Serving & making an impact in the local community through the vehicle of real estate has always been his goal... and now he has more time for both. 

As a means of support the local community & neighborhoods, Christian created the "West Seattle Daily" Alexa Flash Briefing (Video versions can also be found on the Sea-Town Instagram, Facebook & YouTube channel). In 2016, he founded The Sea-Town Podcast, where he interviews local business owners, entrepreneurs & community leaders to help them tell their stories and spread the word about these great businesses and non-profits.

Christian also co-founded the RE:Think Real Estate Podcast, geared towards providing exceptional advise, best practices, news & top-notch guest interviews for the everyday real estate agent & broker across the country.
